The reason I have kept going back was how pleasant the buying experience is and the service dept. I understand now that the Service Manager has changed so I will be back for the service department. Over the past year it has not been nearly a high quality as it once was. Great sales staff and they understood my needs as a buyer.

I am very happy with the HR-V that I recently leased. When I first came to the dealership, I was greeted by one of the sales managers, Aaron, who was very welcoming. After helping a few other customers, he took the time to sit down and talk to me about what I was looking for in a car. After listening to me ramble, he suggested also checking out the HR-V, in addition to the CR-V, based on my comments and concerns. Aaron directed me to Tom Jr, who also took the time to listen to all of my concerns. After test driving both cars, Tom Jr was able to answer all of my questions and it was very obvious how knowledgeable he was about both cars. Once I finally made up my mind about leasing the HR-V, Tom Jr made the whole process easy, and was very prompt in responding to me, whether by phone call or text message. He was also extremely understanding about the fact that I was having engine issues with my previous car, and still took the car from me even after it broke down. When I came in to sign all of the paper work, they were very transparent with everything, and did not rush me into signing anything until I had all of my questions answered and my concerns addressed. Overall, the staff at David Hobbs Honda were nothing but friendly, personable, understanding, and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for buy/lease a Honda, or who is just looking to learn more about the cars Honda has to offer. You will not be sorry!

They made sure to explain everything to me along the way and listened to by concerns and questions.
