Went in for an oil change and inspection. It was a busy day for them. I ended up being there for a little more than an hour. They also washed my mini van which was totally covered in winter filth. Had a cup of coffee and sent a few emails, played a little angry birds. $20 later I left with a clean, inspected car. An oil change. A list of possible maintenance issues to consider, and a nice little caffeine buzz. The staff was friendly, personable, and apologetic about the time. All in all it was a great experience, and worth the price I paid. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership to perform maintenance on their Honda or otherwise.

For the second time I made the mistake of going to another dealer first. Both times the other dealer did not fulfill commitment, but Hobbs saved the day, made the purchase simple, and kept verbal commitments.

I first started coming to David Hobbs Honda for service on my used 2007 Element that I had purchased in Texas in 2013. After having Sarah Graf for my service adviser a couple of times I made sure that she was always my regular. She is knowledgeable, attentive to detail, puts the customer first and never loses her sense of humor! Brooke Broeske is always there if I need a quick loaner to get to work on time or if I need any direction or info about the dealership! When I decided to trade in my Element for a Civic hatchback sport Maria Lawinger was there to assist me, show me the car and test drive. After much thought I decided to buy, I came back and met with Maria and Tim Robinson and he gave a great deal on my trade in which sealed the deal! It was very simple, easy and straight forward! When the exact model I wanted came in I went back, Maria showed me the ins and the outs and I am a happy owner of a Honda Civic Hatchback sport polished metal metallic with 6 speed manual transmission!! Before leaving the dealership on a snowy day I went and purchased winter car mats from from Pierre Pierce who matched internet price and brought them out to my car and put them in. David Hobbs takes great care of my 2003 Honda Civic. They are timely, polite and very capable. They've kept my car running like new for over 10 years and hopefully they'll keep it going another 10. If the car ever becomes a liability and I'd be throwing good money after bad - I have full confidence that they would tell me. I trust their judgement.
