Our relationship started with my first Honda back in 1992, now 18 years later and 2 Elements, 2 Accords a Pilot and my son's 2 Civics, a CR-V. I still feel safe in dealing with you and you are the reason we keep coming back. We can buy  a Honda anywhere ( even in Virginia) but I wouldn't want a Honda unless it was from David Hobbs! Just for the record, Brian Woodnorth was wonderful from the beginning. He was thorough, thoughtful, helpful, dealt with my unique situation in a kind way and it made all the difference, because before I had come to DH, I had planned and intended to purchase a Corolla. I had even driven several at different dealerships but never got the service and answers I did with Brian. Also Alan Whitson helped me to connect with Brian , he had responded to my first email and because of my schedule was not able to help.
Really I rarely "gush" but this was a genuinely nice adventure and I'm very satisfied.

Greetings. This is Brad.  I want to thank you for the outstanding treatment that I received from your staff recently, especially during the past month. In December '08 I stopped at David Hobbs Honda one Saturday morning to begin my year long car search. My parents-in-law told me to go to your business first. I talked to other people and they also said David Hobbs Honda should be the first place to go.
I was totally satisfied from Brett Dumstrey back in December talking to me through this week where Leisa, Milan, Alan and Bruce all worked with me to finalize my purchase, I was treated with 100% total customer service: respect, loyalty, knowledge of product and flexibility to meet my need. HELL OF A JOB from your staff, I also appreciate the thank-you call from your son, Guy.
Now I understand why people tell me to go to David Hobbs. I love my Civic. It fits me totally. I will definetly recommend DHH to my friends.  Your staff: from GM Bruce through all the sales consultants put to rest any bad stereotype of a car salesperson or dealership trying to sell me something I don't need or can't afford. Mr. Kolz is the only person in all my dealings with the Honda Company in Milwaukee who actually listened to my complaints, treated me well and did not appear to mislead or overcharge me. He made sure that my car was repaired and he did not affix additional charges. Did I need to replace the spark plugs, coil, etc. in order to correct  the check engine light problem?  I do not know, but I do know that I will continue to go to David Hobbs Honda as long as Mr. Kolz is in charge.

I just drove home in my new Accord.  As we were driving, my wife and I could not get over the wonderful experience we had at David Hobbs. I was directed to Mark and told him all the specifics of the car and what your competitors had quoted me. Without beating around the bush Mark simply stated that he could do better. Once at Hobbs we were warmly greeted by Mark and since he already knew what we wanted the whole process flowed quickly and smoothly. Mark was able to put me in a Honda with a level of service I did not know existed among car dealerships. This experience will be shared with friends, family and co- workers. Dear David I brought my Honda Odyssey in for  service at your facility today and wanted to give you my compliments.  One of the front struts was found to have a small leak.  Rather than being told that I should replace this part immediately as I believe some shop would do, your service department stated it was within acceptable limits and would not need replacing at this time.  I appreciate the honest way in which this was handled.  In addition, your entire staff was helpful and courteous.  I continue to believe your dealership is well above most others in providing customer focused service and sales.   Thank you.
