"Great Service"

We went to your dealership to get a recall done on our 07 Fit and to also repair a driver's side visor issue, totally expecting to purchase the new visor. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, which was repaired in the time promised, we were surprised to find out the visor was changed out for no cost as a goodwill gesture. I am glad I chose HOBBS when I purchased our car.

"Thanks Bruce Kolz"

Mr. Kolz is the only person in all my dealings with the Honda Company in Milwaukee who actually listened to my complaints, treated me well and did not appear to mislead or overcharge me. He made sure that my car was repaired and he did not affix additional charges. Did I need to replace the spark plugs, coil, etc. in order to correct the check engine light problem? I do not know, but I do know that I will continue to go to David Hobbs Honda as long as Mr. Kolz is in charge.

"3rd Vehicle"

I am very pleased with my new Accord which I purchased in June 2010. This is my 3rd vehicle from David Hobbs and my reason for returning has been and always will be the great service. Bruce Kolz was the service manager when I bought my CR-V and also my first Accord and he always went above and beyond good customer service. Now that he is General Manager I am confident he will always answer my questions and help me with vehicle decisions and information. He is patient when I have questions and explains things so I understand them. The car is great. Bruce is great and I'm feeling confident about my decision to lease the Accord. I always tell people about my good experience at Hobbs and will continue to buy my vehicles there I'm sure.

"CRZ Mileage"

I have kept track of all gasoline that I have used and I average over 42 MPG with my new CRZ, even though I only have 2000 miles on it and it is not broken in yet. The best I got was 47.6 MPG on a trip to Indianapolis. I knew this car would do better than the EPA estimates. I do tend to drive in a way that increases mileage, without holding up traffic.

Rather than being told that I should replace this part immediately as I believe some shop would do, your service department stated it was within acceptable limits and would not need replacing at this time. I recently purchased a 2010 CR-V from you dealership and I would just like to thank you for the excellent service I received from your team, in particular Brian Woodnorth. I work with the Department of State and am posted in Africa. Brian worked with me to purchase the vehicle remotely devoting a significant amount of time with the logistics of organizing/sending the documentation and getting signatures. Brian picked my wife and I up at the airport and provided us an outstanding orientation to the vehicle, while always with a very friendly, cheerful and helpful attitude. I have rarely seen this level of service provided by any vendor I have ordered from, no matter what industry/sector. Please know with Brian you have a top quality salesman and service professional.

"Wonderful experience"

I just drove home in my new Accord. As we were driving, my wife and I could not get over the wonderful experience we had at David Hobbs. I was directed to Mark and told him all the specifics of the car and what your competitors had quoted me. Without beating around the bush Mark simply stated that he could do better. Once at Hobbs we were warmly greeted by Mark and since he already knew what we wanted the whole process flowed quickly and smoothly. Mark was able to put me in a Honda with a level of service I did not know existed among car dealerships. This experience will be shared with friends, family and co- workers. Before I left, I already knew where I was buying my next car.

Just for the record, Brian Woodnorth was wonderful from the beginning. He was thorough, thoughtful, helpful, dealt with my unique situation in a kind way and it made all the difference, because before I had come to DH, I had planned and intended to purchase a Corolla. I had even driven several at different dealerships but never got the service and answers I did with Brian. Also Alan Whitson helped me to connect with Brian , he had responded to my first email and because of my schedule was not able to help.
