I have been a customer for over 15 years and have ALWAYS received superb service. They continue to improve the customer service experience: comfortable waiting area with complementary hot beverages, charging stations, work areas for computers, tv; courtesy shuttle service; on-site car rental service with local car rental company, and more. They never try to sell you service you don’t need or want. I will always give them my business!

The Honda service center was remarkable. Clearly took the time to talk with me without feeling like I was a burden to them. Time of service was great. They even brought my car to the door because it was raining. Went through all the work that was done in great detail. Very happy with their service.
Went in with the plan of just test driving & getting the application process started. Ended up leaving with the exact car I wanted! Did the online pre-approval & was connected with Josh. He was extremely personable & easy to talk to. He asked questions about my interests & was able to follow through & help me get the deal that worked best for me. Only bad part was waiting for some of the financial stuff to clear since I was new to Honda. Josh was awesome though! Even picked me up at Enterprise so I could return my rental.

My overall experience was a great one. I felt very comfortable and not pushed into anything. I enjoyed conversing with the sales team, overall they seemed like a great group that displayed a lot of care and optimism for every person that came in. This was my forth time going through the dealer experience when buying/leasing a vehicle and Hobbs Honda was without question the smoothest transition from start to finish when purchasing a vehicle.
