The service was very good as it always is, This is my 3rd Accord from Hobbs and mainly due to the service, The COVID precautions were very good and were appreciated.

Walked in looking to test drive a couple options, knowing I may end up leaving with one. James was great at setting up the cars to test drive and made the experience incredible easy. He was friendly, professional, and great at explaining key features. When it came time to talk money, he worked to meet in the middle and respected my budget. This was the easiest car experience I have ever had. Have been bringing my previous Honda here for service and was always impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the service department. Met Tracey three years ago and told her I would be meeting with her when my lease was up. She helped us get a lease on a new Honda and she is a consummate professional, who is direct, up front, and has a sense of humor. What a pleasant experience.
Service has always been prompt, courteous and, most important, honest. I always know what needs to be done, how long it will take and how much it will cost.

Service was fast and reasonably priced. Lenny was very kind and on top of things. And no one commented that I wasn’t wearing a mask. I am a cancer survivor and can’t breath with them and hate it when people comment on it and make me tell them my story. I don’t think it’s anyone’s business.
