I went in for service on my Honda. I didn't purchase my vehicle from David Hobbs, bit after the service I received I have to say that I will be sure to stop there first in the future. The fact that I didn't buy my car there didn't stop them from rolling out the "red carpet" and going above and beyond.Pete was my Service Advisor and he made sure that I knew everything that would happen and when he would follow up. It's great to get that when so often you expect less. Waiting area was convenient and clean. Good Wi-Fi. Didn't try the coffee or snacks, but I'm sure they are good.Worth the stop. The staff is awesome!

I had a lovely experience buying my 2019 Civic. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Especially my salesperson, James. He is helpful, but not pushy and he located my car for me on my limited time schedule Since this is my second civic purchased with James, I highly recommend you ask for him. I am a Hobbs customer for life!
Sinnce the time I first stepped into David Hobbs Honda, I was introduced to James Gruenberg, who was able to work with Jeremy Olson finance manager, & lender. I was given a car to drive since they were worried about my car not making it home. So excited getting a brand new car picked it up in April 2018, I've worked with your service personnel as well Sarah is awesome, along with Kyle, Rickey was able to touch up with the Milano Red paint I had a little scrap on the back, It turned out excellent can even tell. There are other personnel I need to mention also, the gentleman that wash the cars, or when you need a ride back & forth when leaving your car. I just know anytime I step in David Hobbs Honda I get nothing but the best service.
Everything about getting the new car went quickly and efficiently. Tom Dulaney, Jr. was very helpful in explaining new features and had the new car ready to go when we needed it.
Following a n after hours tow, the following morning I was contacted with a diagnosis of the problem along with a list of needed repairs. I was given the opportunity to select what was critical at this time. Service was completed promptly and efficiently the same day.

I have driven Honda’s since 1978 starting with a civic then accords a crosstour and now a cr-v for a total of 11 the last 8 have been from HOBBS, Tom Dulaney jr was terrific! Their service department has been great over the many years that I have been going there I have seen service agents rise through the ranks so I know hard work and professional service is rewarded. I don’t feel pressured into buying I know that have to make a profit to keep their services top notch, but I still feel I pay a fair and honest price. Since I was in outside sales many of my Honda’s lasted over 200,000 miles, the record was a 1994 Accord that I had passed down to my son when he went to trade it in it still looked great no rust and had over 300,000 miles with the original engine and transmission. Sales and service made that happen.
